I went through this beast of a system, and it caused $125 worth of damage. The wind tunnel was way too powerful. It literally blew the rain guard off the roof of my car. I had to purchase a new one at Tom Pappas Toyota. Never again!

As I entered the area where the wash begins the employee handed me a deodorizer I gave him $10 and asked him to split it with young lady working with him. He took the money and never said thank you. No talking at all. Customer service is the main draw that will keep your business going or not! It was at 2:20 today- he’s short, heavy, knit hat and zero interaction. I won’t be back and I use to have a membership but won’t get it this year.

Holy cow! This place is amazing!! First I was greeted with a smile and she alerted me that I could be a member for the same price as the single wash. Then the young lady with the brush made sure to hit every square inch of the windshield, front grille and tailgate on my truck.

The wash was super quick and did a great job. The vacuum’s are amazingly powerful!

They have window cleaner and clean micro fiber cloths readily accessible. There also is a restroom (which was spotless) available for customers.

Upon leaving I noticed that they have a floor mat scrubbing area with clean soapy water, a brush, clean water nozzle and even an air hose with a blowgun nozzle.

Scrubbles have thought of everything, glad to be a member where I get my monies worth! Thanks to All involved at this location in St. Peters MO!!

I go through here twice a week. Love the convenience. Everything. One exception? My car leaves behind a residue when I park in the garage after washing. I mean no dripping or anything. I have to really rub it down. Not sure exactly what all that residue is?

I like that vacuuming is free. I don’t like that communication amongst the staff when directing the general public is a tab bit unbalanced. So when I get there, I pull to the side away from customers and traffic to prep my wheels with wheel cleaner before the wash. The attendant requested that I come thru and pull over to the side. Meanwhile, the manager I guess didn’t like that after I was almost done prepping, told me that I should’ve done that outside of the car wash and that the other attendant was misinformed. The manager also said that she would talk with her because it was her who told me to come through when I wasn’t ready. I also don’t like that their buffering machine scratched my clear coat. I purchased my new vehicle new. There was no scratches on the paint or clear coat and this was the first time ever taking it through the wash!

The manager, Theresa, at the Cave Springs location made the process of changing vehicles in my monthly plan very quick and easy. The associates at that location are always friendly, professional and helpful. Towels and window cleaning fluid are always available when I visit. I would recommend Scrubbles to anyone wanting a consistent car wash experience.

Love going to the Scrubbles on Jungerman! The asst mgr Jon is always so helpful when i lost my debit card he helped update my account. Told me the benefits of family plan for me and my daughter. He always smiles and waves! Nice to have the employees recognize and acknowledge you and when he gets a chance he comes to say hi when I’m cleaning the inside of my car!! Very personable!!

If you have a Tesla, do not go to this car wash! Ever! On July 11, I went to get my Cybertruck washed. I had the monthly plan so I was a loyal customer for the last year. I should have known that something was off because there was a cone blocking the entrance and the wash was off. But two employees came up, moved the cone, and ushered me in. After the soap covered my truck, there was a thud and loud noise, and suddenly I was off the track. I was scared because the brushes were moving. They turned off the wash and Teresa came and started taking pictures. I said what happened and she gasped so I got out and found a lot of damage on the driver’s side front wheel. She said they only handle claims by email and took my information, saying they had 5-7 business days to reply. I called the corporate number because Teresa (who seemed bored by the idea of having to help and offered no apology) said the corporate office handles it. I was brushed off by the corporate office and told to wait. On the sixth business day, I went back in person and got Teresa again. She said the boss never comes in and probably doesn’t have a phone with him (who doesn’t carry their phone?!). When I called the corporate office, I was refused help again. I finally got an email claiming pre-existing damage was seen on my truck in the video and they will not pay. I asked to see the footage and they refused. I read other reviews and found another person whose car was damaged and had the exact same experience with email and not showing the footage. What’s interesting is based on their photo, their car is also a Tesla. I wonder if the owner of Scrubbles is cheering on the protesters burning and vandalizing Teslas because he clearly has something against our vehicles. They do not care about customers and will not help you. Avoid this car was at all costs!!

I would like to compliment the management n staff at Scrubbles Car Wash / Mexico rd. .. the place is well stocked n neat. The manager (Theresa ) is very courteous n professional .. she is also the person who provided the details n bought memberships for r two cars awhile back.
This was after years of going there. Keep up the good work.

I visited the Chesterfield Valley location today for the first time. I bought the basic wash so I could test it out and see how I liked it. WOW! I will definitely be back. The staff is terrific, the wash was great and the free amenities on site are amazing. The towels, vacuums, window spray and mat washers made a $10 carwash spectacular! I will upgrade next time I visit and I will be back! Thanks for a great experience!

I'm not gonna lie. I have been going back-and-forth with different car. Wash memberships. I've been with a Club Car wash for about 6 years. And other ones wasn't really satisfied, but I can recommend this car wash, it does an amazing job. They go way above and beyond any car wash.That i've been to, and i'm very happy to be a member of this location

I’ve never wanted a car wash membership because I never felt they did a good job. I was reminded again today why I joined at Scrubbles Mid Rivers. I was at my grandfathers funeral last week in Colorado. It was in the middle of a rare November snowstorm. My car was a mess when we finally got home. I took it this morning and was given extra TLC before going into the wash. Last week was a rough week for me, but this little extra act of kindness was amazing. I shouldn’t be surprised, but I really appreciate your excellent customer service! That’s hard to find these days.

Love this car wash! Everyone is very friendly. They actually do a pre-wash. All their vacuums work!
Update...they continously exceed my expectations. The front of my car was covered in bugs due to a road trip. They took their time and scrubbed the front of my car before they sent me through. Thank you!!!

This is the best car wash in Chesterfield and awesome customer care, my car was not washed up for a month, I took it there and it still shines after a week.

Carpets cleaning liquid and device worked well.

Also, I got to clean my baby's car seat along with car accessories and staff was patient enough for it.

Hands down the best car wash I been to for the price. Employees were fantastic and you could tell they really enjoyed being there. Free vacuum, air gun and towels. Wish I was local so I could use this place all the time.

These new Scrubbles are awesome. They take car wash to another level and put those Zips in the area to shame. Scrubbles, your car is clean, and their vacuums are powerful. Add the clean towels, air guns, and its game over for the others.

Rich the General Manager is awesome! This place always has clean parking spaces, clean towels, and super powerful vacuums! My car comes out shining bright each time! I have a membership for $14.97 per month for UNLIMITED car washes! Totally worth it!!! The attendants are friendly and helpful every time! Definitely recommend!

I got a free car wash for the grand opening and let me tell you if you don't mind a friction car wash this place is the best!. Most automatic car washes don't get all the bugs off at these people scrub your windshield in front of your car before even going into the main wash. Once through the main wash you have access to the most powerful vacuums I've ever used and a bunch of other useful stuff like drying towels and Windex. I signed up for their daily washclub

Absolutely love the car wash! Car comes out nice and shiny. Vacuums work great, and it's nice to have the clean towels to dry any spots. The dryer could be better at the end of the wash because of St. Peters water being hard. If you don't get them wiped away, they leave tiny spots, but that is just nitpicking. The air fresheners smell wonderful. I can't handle different scents as they give me headaches, but these smell wonderful, but last a short time

I had a Friendly greeting on my first visit. Brand new car wash in Cave Springs, and everything is working well (as it should). The ceramic coating seems to be effective over other car washes. Free vacuum and mat cleaner. I did miss the spray bottles of glass cleaner/air freshener. A nice packaged air freshener was provided—an excellent place to wash your weather tech mats. I'll refund and would recommend.
